I understand the stressors that kids today face and I am dedicated to helping make life better.
In my personal and professional life, I have worked with families burdened with overwhelming obstacles. I have helped hundreds of young people who have experienced incredible challenges – anxiety, depression, trauma and doubt in their self worth. Together, we were able to find ways to cope with their difficulties and reach their full potential. Let me help you and your child or teenager work through problems to create healthy and happy lives.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Play Therapy. I am a perpetual student and am always learning new skills to better help my clients.

I am originally from suburban Washington, DC, but have lived in Southeast Michigan for over 25 years. I spent three years living in Salvador, Brazil with my family which was one of the most challenging and wonderful life experiences. I am married with two daughters, one currently in college and the other a recent college graduate. For fun, I enjoy music, wine tasting and playing tennis.
